Canceling Your Account
30 Day Notice Required
Go-Mama-Hosting requires a 30 day
notice to cancel your hosting services. As such
any and all invoices due to meet that requirement
must be paid.
Backup Your Information
and Retrieve Your Email First
If you are certain you wish to cancel your account,
please be sure you have backups of all your account
information and data before you
submit your cancellation request. We are not responsible
for any of your account information after you have
instructed us to cancel your account. Your account
information includes, but is not limited to, your
Web site files, databases and any email left in
your account.
Refunds For Pre-Payments
If you prepaid for service, we do provide refunds
for any unused full months of service per request.
Partial months, and setup fees are non-refundable.
All monetary transactions are in $US dollars. Refunds
will be sent to the current payment or mailing address
listed inside your hosting account. If you are expecting
a refund, please ensure that your payment and contact
details are up-to-date before canceling your account.
You can check or update this information inside
your billing
account. All refunds are processed within 60
days of receipt of cancellation form.
